The first step in the process is for you to decide how you would like your household goods surveyed, which leads to the generation of the “estimate”. The two options for surveys are visual (in home in person survey) or virtual (we provide you the platform with which you use your smartphone or tablet to do the survey). The visual survey is triggered by you contacting our office (please see contacts below) and they will schedule the appointment to have a professional surveyor come to your home and with your assistance, perform the survey. This typically needs to be done during normal business hours and as stated, either you or your spouse needs to be present.
The virtual survey is done using the Yembo Ai software and can be accessed via the link below. You can choose to do the survey yourself or with one of our move team members on the phone with you during the process. What is great about using the virtual survey is two-fold, you can do the survey at your convenience and it helps us comply with CDC Covid 19 safety requirements, as well as reduce our carbon footprint..
